Windows mail- not sending

I have recently purchased a new computer (Dell Inspiron ) running Windows
desktop home premium. I transferred everything over from the old computer to
the new and everything works splendidly, except Windows Mail. I am not for
sure if this problem surfaced after a short period of using my new computer
or if this was there from the get-go, but I cannot get my Windows mail to
send. It receives just fine, on all accounts and sends fine on all accounts
but my main one. I have a mail server with my domain hosting service and
every time I attempt to send mail through this account I get the Windows
security box that says logon to my mail server. I typed in username and
password, click okay, and wait. The box pops back up and says logon again.
Apparently for some reason it's not accepting my user name and password. I've
gone through all the settings with tech support, including using the various
ports they recommend. Still no go. I don't know what else I can do, I don't
even know where the problem is emanating from, all I know is I cannot send my
e-mail using my primary account. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated, or even a tech support service that could connect to my computer
and correct the problem. TIA!

Are you running an AntiVirus application that is setup to scan your email?

When that security window pops up click Cancel. It should then display
an error message. Right-click on that, copy, then paste it into a reply here.

Hi. If you can send messages from other accounts on the PC but not the
account from you domain host. Change the domain host account (The account
with the error) to use the same smtp server as an account that works. Maybe
you ISP has now blocked access to other port 25 smtp servers other than
their own.
