cannot receive mail

hey i have 3email accounts in sync on windows mail all working fine, then i
decidced to turn off user account, now i cant recieve email to 1 of my email
accounts, however it can still send, the other 2 can send and recieve just
fine,
the account on my other computer recieves mail, so im kinda stumped, ive
tried everything my vague knowledge has to offer, pls help

If you have more than one PC, or other device, accessing mail from the same
account, then you need to set each account on all devices to "Leave a copy
of each message on the server". Otherwise only the first device to access
the mail box will get the mail

It sounds like this setting is not enabled on what you call "my other
computer"?

Tools>accounts>select account>properties>advanced tab.

It is important to set one of the devices to delete messages from the server
after a sensible number of days, or your online server mailbox will fill up
and reject any new mail.
