Sending and Receiving Mail. Plz help!

Hi.
Ok so I got my account set up for yahoo it's

pop.mail.yahoo.com for incoming and
smtp.mail.yahoo.com for outgoing right?

Anyways I press send/recieve and it comes up with a box that says

Logon to Windows mail
Please Verify that both the user name and password are correct for your mail
server...

I put in my username and password but it still doesn't work.
Help?! plz!

If you have the free US account, you can't access the POP server. You'll
need to pay for the Premium account.
