Help setting up my servers

It seems like i entered my POP3 and SMTP correctly but at the time of sending
a message it asks me to verify my username and password and when I enter it
the same verification boxs pops out again. I hVE Yahoo messaging and entered
pop.mail.yahoo.com and smtp.mail.yahoo.com. What am I doing wrong? Is my
username my email address? Im confused now.P

I have similar problem as PrncsD above. My server responds:
Account: 'pop3.toast.net', Server: 'pop3.toast.net', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: '-ERR myusernamehere POP3 access denied', Port: 110, Secure(SSL):
No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92
It worked for a couple of years until about 6 months ago. Got no response
from my ISP to fix problem, so have to use there Web mail capability.
