Windows Installing SP4 error

G

Giles

I'm trying to Install SP4 on Windows adv Server.

The installation gets all the way through then at the last
minute on clean up it states 'An error in updating your
system has occurred'.

Other than Sp4 it has all the latest patches\Sp's on.

It does extract the SP4 files to d:\ & run them from there.

Is it worth reinstall SP3?

Many Thanks
Giles

Hello Giles,

This could be caused by the following...

1. NFS Maestro Client
2. Windows Installer

If you are running NFS Maestro Client, please uninstall it and try the
service pack installation again. If you believe that the Windows Installer
might be the problem, you can download the new installer from
