Gotchas after installing SP4?

We have several servers that are running SP3 with all the latest critical
updates and hot fixes. Two are DC's, two are SQL 2000 servers and others are
just member servers. All are running W2K Server (or Advanced Server).

We are planning an upgrade to SP4 on all servers except our Citrix servers.
My question is whether anyone is aware of any "gotchas" in applying SP4
after having installed so many post SP4 updates? Will we have to re-apply
these fixes?
