SQL 7 on Windows 2000 SP4 Platform?

My company is in the planning stages of installing a new
software system in the new year. Thus, it isn't feasible
to buy SQL 2000 just becasue we are upgrading the server
to Windows SP4.

But, it is imperative that we get our system up to speed
and on Windows SP4!

Are there any known issues with running SQL 7.0 SP4 on a
Windows 2000 SP4 platform?

How about the upgrade process of both the installation of
the SP on SQL and the SP 4 on a SP2 platform of Windows?

You input will be greatly appreciated.
