Window stuck on the screen

Since the application didn't respond to my request to close it, I had to
close it through the OS Dialog.

Since then there is a little text on the screen above all other windows
(which is apart of the context menu of the closed application) and I
couldn't remove


What can be done?

Technically, to what process this window belonged?
 
You ended the task when it still had a 'PaintWindow()' function pending
