Window limitations

The question I have regards to the limitation of how many windows can be
opened. I set my configurations to open new folder/windows seperately, and
after so many opened windows it will not allow me to open anymore. There has
not been a determinded number of how many yet that I open and close. After so
many though I open and then close windows will not allow me to open anymore
and keeps reducing the number to the point where i cannot open any
windows/folders at all. Is there a setting in registry I can change to allow
limitless amouts of windows/folders to be opened/closed?

Are you talking about "Windows Explorer" windows or applications windows. I
have just opened 27 instances of "windows explorer", there seems no problem.
I'd have thought that may windows was quite sufficient.
