WinASPI and PxHelper not loading

I've just upgraded to XP pro from Win ME, and my MySonic
DVD software stopped working. It says neither the WinASPI
or PxHelper are loading properly. I tried un-installing
and re-installing the software, but it didn't help. Are
those 2 files part of the Win OS, and if so how do I fix
them??? thanks!

Have you checked with MySonic to see if that version is compatible with
XP or if they have an XP upgrade?

Some burning & Cd/DVD software requires an ASPI layer
to be installed. Adaptec (SCSI Mfgr) has a new version 4.72
available:
