Win2K Error 720, & Error 691

Win 2k, connect broadband network, show error 720.
Then, Reinstall Lan Card and Network componet.
Still same error.
(Lan Card is OK, It can connect at WinXP. 2-OS install at
a same hardisk)
I found Wan Mini Port have exclamation Mark in System
device, it can't allow to remove.
***other ****(When I input correct username & p/w it show
error 720, But when i input wrong username& p/w it show
error 691)

Kindly have any suggestion?

worked on the similar case before. I believe you can reinstall Wan Mini Port
from netrasa.inf.. by the way, this is the case I worked on

I am really appericate for you all kindly help.
Now, the problem fixed, I can connect to broadband. But I
found Wan Mini port still have exclamation mark in system
