Hi, I'm changing from win 2000 to win XP. My win 2000
was FAT32. If I convert to NTFS, will it delet all my
information and programs?

If you intend to "upgrade" from Windows 2000 to Windows XP Professional,
you can only convert form FAT32 to NTFS after completing the upgrade. If
a NTFS conversion is correctly performed, your programs and files will remain
intact. However, it would be prudent to perform a backup of your files to a CD
just in case an abnormally should occur.
