For nineteen years I've stuck with Office 2000. Finally this week I upgraded Win 7 to Win 10.
I mostly use MS Word and have thousands of saved documents. AutoCorrect has always been available to change two hyphens to a dash. I see that option has been deleted by Win 10. Spiteful! Is there a workaround? Thanks.

Maybe I misled you, but I've no wish to change from MS Word 2000. Did you mean get Open Office and type the dash then copy paste it into Word?

Silly me! All I had to do was copy & paste a corrected dash from an existing document into the "AutoCorrect" feature. Thanks, and keep up the good work.
