win 2000 pro-sp4 upgrade

in choosing to install sp4 from disk, it tries to connect
to web during install, my modem is not hooked up as i am
switching to sbc,yahoo dsl.it suggests to go to win2000
ser pack web site & find out how to download a version of
s p 4 that does not require web connection during install.
i can't find this, help anyone.

I have experienced the same problem! Did you find how to
resolve it? I probably tried 4 different times to repeat
the frustrating excercise!

Please, respond to my email as I am not sure I'll ever be
able to find this board again.

Presumably you want the "Network Installation" (stand-alone
package) and not "Express" Installation over-the-network.
(Confused sounding?)
