I am trying to install Print shop pro Publisher #15 by
Broderbund Xp will not accept it, have installed and
removed several times and wont access. ?? What to do??

Try installing in safe mode. Check www.broderbund.com for any FAQs about it. http://support.broderbund.com/diag_list.asp is the link.
