Problems installing The Print Shop by Broderbund

I get the following error message when installing The Print Shop Deluxe v.11
by Broderbund:

"The installer was unable to transfer D:\Content\*.* to C:\Program
Files\Broderbund\The Print Shop\Content. It is recommended that you exit the
installer and try again."

I have tried exiting the installer and tried installing the software again
with the same results. I have tried continuing with the installation as
well. It seems successful, but the software will not run.

Any ideas?

You might want to contact Broderbund tech support for help with
installing their program.

Try copying the contents of the CD to a local folder on the drive and running
setup from there. I have had some success in the past doing that. Good luck.

This is for v.21, but undoubtedly true for all XP-compatible versions --- "NOTE:
When installing The Print Shop® 21 on Windows® XP, the user must be logged in to
Windows® with Administrator rights"

Ew good point Lem. That nasty little Admin rights thing can drive you crazy
in XP.
