Why am i being prompted with a user name and password when I try .

I build my site using frontpage 2000 and I have a couple of forms I set up to
send me the results in my e-mail. However, when I go to the site and fill out
the forms and submit them, I am being prompted with a username and password
and the results are not sent!!

Please help me understand why and how to fix it!

LePrince: You need to contact your host about this. It is a permissions
issue on the host server.
