Password Required to Submit Form

I recently posted two forms on our website. At first, they were working
fine. Site visitors filled it out and the info was sent to my email. Now,
when a visitor tries to submit it, it asks for a password. Since the results
are only being sent to my email and nothing is set up to save it onto a file,
why is it requiring a password and how can I fix this? Thanks in advance for
any help you can offer.

You need to contact your host to correct the permissions issue on their
server.

I contacted them and they told me that it was not their permissions and it
could be that I have to change the permissions through Front Page, change the
scripting or get rid of an HT access file. Does any of this sound right?

To my knowledge, I have not reset any permissions. It's all set up for
annonymous browsing and there is one user that can manage the site. Other
than that, there's nothing. Should that be different?

Thanks.

Not seeing password issue on the Picnic Registration form here...seems to
work fine.
Couldn't find the other form you mentioned.

Well that's great then. I have not had problems submitting the form from my
computer, but no one else in my office has been able to submit without the
login box popping up. Perhaps it's something with their computers?

One of the forms is a website feedback from on the lower left corner and the
other is a registration form in the center of the page. I'm not sure which
one you tried.

Thanks.

I'd tried the Picnic Registration. The Tell Us What You Think (feedback
form) also appears to work ok from what I can see.
