I just installed Vista and cannot get Outlook 2000 to operate. And Verizon
DSL support says that they don't support Outlook in the Vista environment.
Only Windows Mail.

I've looked in start/all programs and I cant find Windows Mail there or
anywhere else.

Go to Control panel | Default Programs and make it default and that should
then show the icon for it. The exe path is c:\program files\windows
mail\winmail.exe assuming you installed to C.

That's also assuming your attempt to install Outlook didn't mess up the
Vista installation.

you installed Outlook 2000 in Windows Vista?

why?

many people use Outlook because its needed for their Exchange server.
