I'm looking for a Powerpoint org template that's like a wheel so I can put a
job title in the hub at the center & the duties all around at the end of
spokes from the center.

Do you have 2002 onwards?

Have you looked at insert diagram the third element wil do this more or less
(insert more shapes from the menu)
