What is the mail server for my Office Outlook 2003 to read email?

I had to uninstall my OBCM because Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 would only
ask me to view or add another contact, I'm the only contact in it. I could
not and still cant send all recieve all email. I can't post email, I can't
"use" my office inbox. I installed Microsoft Small Business 2003 and made
matters worse. Now I am using web mail. My hi-tech office just sits on my
computer restricting my access because of a server unavailable. I still can't
reach a mail server that allows me to collect email. I contact Microsoft
frequently about problems. What is a "server". I can recieve email on the
web, but it doesn't go to my Outlook inbox. I wish I had an Auto-fix for my
inbox settings. Please anyone...Help.

Hi MicroPI,

From your post, it sounds like you need to get in contact with your ISP
(internet service provider) which is hosting your email address. They should
have instructions on how to connect your outlook mail box to thier email
servers.
