MS Outlook 2007 Problems with Business Contact Manager

I installed MS Office Prof. Plus 2007 Beta and then Outlook 2007 With Bus.
Contact Manager Beta. I am not able to open or boot Business Contact Manger.
I get an error message that says it can't map IrisMs.DLL.

Previously I had MS Office Pro 2003 and I had downloaded the new Business
Contact Manager for My MS Outlook 2003, it was working fine. I did not
uninstall Office or Outook 2003 before my Beta install.

I have my emails, but my contacts are in the contact folder only instead of
separate files, Business Contact Manger won't start at all.

What do I need to do to get MS Office programs working, Micrsoft Outlook and
also Business Contact Manger? I would like to preserve the emails and
contacts that have been imported into Outlook 2007.

I am not a teckie but can follow directions.

When I look in control panel I see :

Microsoft Office Web Components
Microsoft Office Online Beta Control
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager Update
Mircosoft Office Professional Edition 2003
Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 (Beta)
Microsoft Office Small Business Connectivity Components
Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders Backup.

Thank you all for your input.

I do not see Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007 (beta) entry in your
list. If it's not present, please follow the instructions on my web site to
download this software.
Update your Office 2007 and BCM 2007 to Beta 2 Technical Refresh release. A
lot of issues and performance concerns were addressed. I have all links for
that on my website.
That may resolve this issue.
Concurrent installation of Office 2003 and 2007 is probably the cause. BCM
2003 is not compatible with Outlook 2007.
Take a backup of your BCM 2003, if possible, by launching Outlook 2003,
Business Tools -> Manage Database -> Backup database
Please keep us updated.
