Cannot log on to incoming (POP3) email server

I have been so long receiving emails in my Microsoft Outlook inbox from Yahoo. For the last 2 days I am getting an error message - "Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): Outlook cannot connect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP)."

My setting are ok ..

Incoming Server POP3 - 995 (SSL)
Outgoing Server (SMTP) - 465 (SSL)

Incidentally I have one more POP3 setting for a different email Id which has the same settings & it is working ..

Can anyone help please !

that is usually a sign Yahoo's servers need a kick.

Outlook & Yahoo in the same breath. :)
