Contact your ISP or who ever you have to host your web site. Most hosts
provide some type of tools in order to built a web page. You might look at
Geocities by Yahoo!
Newer versions of Microsoft Word can export HTML
documents. But bewarned: if you know anything about code,
the HTML code is TERRIBLE! impossible to look through.
