Want to set 'Move' as default in public folders instead of 'Copy'

We are having a public folder for incomming emails, with numerous sub-folders
attached. Default Outlook 2007 is set to 'copy' when dragging emails to
sub-folders instead of 'move'. Can we change this default ?
