easy way to move emails to public folders

Hi there

I have a user who is not very technicial so we need to find a nice, fooproof
way for him to move messages from his inbox/sent items to various outlook
public folders.

Unfortunately using the Move to Folder function isn't the best as firstly it
only lists the last 10 folders (and he needs to access about 30 folders at
least) and that our public folder structure is both huge and quite complex to
navigate.

He currently has the folders he works on added to his Favorites, however he
finds right clicking, drag & drop, and selecting Move to be quite tricky. He
was holding down Ctrl and left click, drag & drop but that copies the email
instead of moving it

I wondered if there was an easier way?

CRTL+X in the old folder and then CTRL+V in the new folder.

sorry, I've been a bit silly. have just realised that left click, drag and
drop moves the email perfectly
