Drag and drop fails - MSO 2007

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this message

My manager has just shown me an issue which is affecting him on a daily
basis with MSO 2007. During the day he is unable to drag and drop emails
from the inbox into other folders within this outlook folders. If he right
clicks and selects move he can then navigate to the relevant folder and the
email will move

If he reboots then he can then drag and drop the emails for a short while

Any help would be appreciated

This is much to vague to work with; what happens when he tries? Any error
messages?

The fact that it works for a short while makes me assume that it is an issue
with an installed addin. Can you reproduce the behavior in Outlook Safe
Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe
