want to change DC IP address

HI

I have to change the IP address of my Domain Controller, which is also
running DNS and WINS services. Its current IP address is 192.168.1.3/24 and
after changing it will be 192.168.2.3/24.

I wanted to know after changing would any service may give any problem.

Assuming you change it as needed in DHCP and any DNS/WINS settings,
there shouldn't be an issue. Of course, this assumes you have no
routes, no web services tied to an IP or anything else you haven't
mentioned that may require an IP setting.

Hi,

There wont be as such problem after changing the ipaddress
however since this server is running DNS and Wins so make sure that the
clients which use DNS or wins should get updated with the new IPaddress
and after making changes just make sure that DNS and wins records aer
upadated
