DC ip address change

I have a windows 2000 domain with a child domain at remote location. I want
to change the IP address scheme at the remote location. There is one DC at
the remote office. Can i just change the ip address of the DC ( including all
related changes DHCP DNS WINS ect. ) or do i need to worry about trust
relationship and should reconsider changing a DC ip address.

i other words, What's the impact of changing the Ip address of a domain
controller at a remote location ?

I'd reconsider. Strongly so. The only way I'd do it would be to either
demote the controller (assuming there's another DC to pick up the load),
change the IP address, then promote the server back to controller status.
And even then I'd sweat bullets doing it.
