W: explorer.exe - Application Error

I have following message at startup...

Application popup: W: explorer.exe - Application Error : The instruction at
"0x35f750f4" referenced memory at "0x35f750f4". The memory could not be
"read".

How can I remove it ?
(No spyware or viruses detected, nothing "strange" in the registry under
windows->run)

Always the same issue...
No solution for the moment.
But it seems that problem appear only when computer is not connected to the
corporate network...
Please tell me if you found a solution !
