Explorer.exe. Application Error

Lately I keep this getting this message when I go to open up some programs.

Explorer.exe. Application Error.
The instruction at "0x734fe0d3" referenced memory at "0x00000030"
The memory could not be "Read"
click OK to terminate the program.
click Cancel to debug the program.

Any ideas please.

Dunno, but I get a similar error sometimes. Not sure what's causing it

Thanks, I tried that and got the following message:
Windows cannot find "SFC/Scannow". Make sure you typed the name
correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the start button,
then click search.
Any other sugggestions greatly appreciated.

When you enter the comand, you have to make sure that there is a space
between the sfc and the /scannow like below:

SFC /Scannow
