W: explorer.exe - Application Error

Dear all,

I have a problem with a Windows XP - SP2 computer.
When users logon, an application error message "W: explorer.exe" appear.
When you validate the message by clicking OK; explorer.exe process freeze.

Event viewer log:
Application popup: W: explorer.exe - Application Error : The instruction at
"0x35f750f4" referenced memory at "0x35f750f4". The memory could not be
"read".

Do anybody have a solution for this issue ?

PS: I have an antivirus up-to-date and scanned for spyware : nothing.
Nothing in the registry as well !
