Well, you are right. Those people who run the corporations are still
responsible for their own actions and their own decisions.
It was the conservative right's great hero, Ronald Reagan (and yes, I voted
for him, too) who created the conditions where we now charge corporations
with crimes instead of the people who run those corporations. That means no
one ever goes to jail - unless you're poor, basically. That's why
corporations really have nothing to fear. All decisions about right or
wrong are based on the net financial gain or loss after fines and damage
settlements. The Ford/Firestone murders demonstrate my point.
