PowerPoint Vista and PowerPoint On A Website

We've had a couple PowerPoint 2003 presentations on our website for several years. On XP computers, the presentations automatically open and play when clicking the links to them. On VISTA computers, the PowerPoint opens in the design/edit mode and the viewer has to manually start the slide shows. Is there a way to make them run automatically on VISTA computers like they now do on XP computers?? Thanks.
