using xp-repair not exsepting code my computer addmin code?

I have been having problems with my new install of windows xp-upgrade from 9
some times i get shutdown then it wont boot up i try inserting xp-repair askes fo

I assume you mean administrator 'password', just press Enter when
asked for it, as its blank by default.
