Please help me!

How can I get my PC back operaitional with this error
message. Please send the solution to my email address. I
am sending this from a local library and have 15 minutes
remaining.

- Does your PC boot?
- How far does it get?
- Do you have a virus scanner?
- Do you have a firewall?
- Have you tried "Last good configuration" in the boot menu?
- Have you tried "Safe Mode"?
- What does the Event Viewer say?
