User profiles not deleting from TS

Hi,

I have 3 servers running Windows 2000 Adv in TS application mode. All are
SP4 and run Network Load Balancing.

Everynight when the users have logged off some cached profiles delete
completely and other leave certain locked files in \Documents and
settings\user ID\Local settings\Temp\..\ZTR****.tmp. I believe these files
are genereated by CSRSS.exe. However, I cannot delete these files with out a
server reboot.

Does anyone know what casuses these locked files and is there a fix?

There has been some recent discussion that to solve this
problem you need to call Microsoft and ask them for hotfix
827825.

A copy of Trend ServerProtect runs on the server. Stopping this service
doesn't allow the files to be deleted.

I contacted Microsoft about that and they didn't have anything under that
number.
