TS users knock each other off

I have two ts users (running Win2000) connecting to the ts server (W2k with
SP4), which is also our file server. When one is connected and the other
tries to log on, it knocks the first user off. I can't see where either has
been issued a TS license on the server.

I would like to take the terminal services off our file server, but am not
sure if this is the problem or even how to do this.

Any help would be appreciated.
