TS roaming profiles not loading

I have a new W2K Terminal Services Server online and for
some reason many (not all) of my users do not get their
roaming profile when they logon. I have four other TS
servers that work fine. The only difference is this
server is running SP4. The network is NT, meaning I am
not running AD yet. I really need to get this fixed,
since this new server is to be part of a farm. Any help
is greatly appreciated.

Any errors in the EventLog on the TS?
If you see profile load or unload errors, try the UPHClean utility:

That is the strange thing - there are NO errors in the
Eventlog relative to profile errors.

Another interesting thing - it appears that only remote
users (those in different domains) have this problem. My
local users (in the smae domain as the server) have no
problem. Help!

Could be a permission problem?
I would download FileMon and RegMon from
http://www.sysinternals.com/. Run them as administrator and start
a TS session as a normal user (one who has the problem).

FileMon and RegMon will show you all "access denied" errors
that occur.
