I've just downloaded IE 6.0, having reinstalled WIN 98 and
been unable to access WIN UPDATE. But the UPDATE page now
asks me to set zone speed to medium as a condition of
downloading what I need to read the page -- with the speed
set to medium, still no UPDATE action. Any suggestions?
