unwanted toolbar

i noticed tonight as i opened IE that i have a new
toolbar ...god knows where it came from......I
don't......I tried to use the view option ..ITs listed
there.....to remove it and it wont go...how the hell do i
get rid of it. Its got a brand name of "mirar"on it and
ads to other pages. I have a tool bar extra that i want to
keep.can someone help please.Ill check the news group for
the next couple of hours ....pllllleassssseeee help
