IE Installed New Toolbar, how do i remove from my system?

Apparently another member of my household installed this
toolbar that I can't seem to remove. It's called Mirar
and is apparently about some related prices or someting.
Anyway, I went to add/remove programs and saw something
abour mirar there and removed it. Well, the toolbar is
still here. Can anyone help me out?
