Cannot remove Mirar Toolbar from my Internet Explorer

Can anyone please help. A Mirar Toolbar stating "Thank You
For Choosing Our Product" was somehow installed on my
computer and shows up when my internet explorer is open. I
never chose their product, I simply logged on one day and
it was there. I tried everything that I know (very basic
knowledge) to remove it and have been unsuccessful. Any
suggestions?

Download Ad-Aware from www.lavasoftusa.com, scan the system and eliminate the malware products.

*Update the pattern file using WebUpdate in Ad-Aware **
