Mirar

I have the Adaware/spyware----mirar----stuck on my pc...Iv'e uninstalled 1
part in Add and Remove programs but 1 wont budge.When I go to remove it it
says I have to download the Mirar uninstaller toolbar (i dont want to
download anything else associated with it)..Norton has picked it up but hasnt
rid it..I detected it with some other Antivirus,anti spyware programs but
none seem to Kill it..................Any info much appreciated :- /

Your best bet is to take your problem to one of the 'HijackThis' forums.
They will tell you if it is spyware or not, and how to get rid of it.

but it is a complicated beast to remove. There are a number of automated
removers, but try to pick one from a respectable source.

See if Unlocker will help , Google for it .

Thanks heaps for all assistance.. I'd forgotten about good ole Windows
Defender..As soon as it scanned my PC it picked up Mirar and I clicked
remove,Seems to have done the trick...Thanx once again
