There are several users that are having a strange problem. In the folder list
the inbox shows that there are unread messages and in the folder view on the
right there seems to be this same number of messages with no From, To or
Subject and the received column reads "none". These messages can't be
selected, I right click on the inbox in the folder list and mark all as read
nothing happens. If there are many emails in the inbox and I scroll down to
the these messages at the bottom the scroll bar does some weird things making
it look like there are many more messages than there actually are, I scroll
back up and it looks normal. Currently the two computers it is affecting are
both Windows 2000 running Outlook 2000, one of which was updated to Outlook
2003 with the problem still existing All OS’s and programs have been upgraded
to date.

Any suggestions on how this can be fixed or what might be causing the
problem are much appreciated.

Thanks for a quick response. I tried it as you said and it still doesn't fix
the problem. Anyother ideas out there.

Wish I could but it's not a pst file, this is happening staight off of the
exchange server. There's about 65 mailboxes and this is happening to only 2
of the mailboxes.
