Unread Message Cannot Locate

There are some unread mesages in a shared mailbox (inbox folder) that cannot
be located. The folder is highlighted with 2 message unread but we cannot
locate that particular unread message. Using Outlook 2003 client and exchange
server.

"Private" messages may show like this.

Open the Inbox in a profile that owns it. You will probably see them.
