Unable to access a website

Dr Riswin. R. Babu

I'm using Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 with BitDefender Total Security 2008
build 11.0.17
The problem I'm facing is that I'm unable to log into
http://hinari-gw.who.int/
All other sites open and close fine but not this one. This login page take
lot of
time to load and after I type in the login name and password 'page not found
error.'
I tried a public comp and everything worked fine. Please help me out. Thanks
in advance.I have made changes in IE to accept cookies from this site and
also added this one to trusted site list. Still, the problem persists
When I type in the password and name,
The page goes into this area
http://hinari-gw.who.int/whalecomlocalhost:6001/whalecom0/InternalSite/Validate.asp

Then stuck there for some time and later comes up and shows-

The page cannot be displayed

It's not your computer... it's the site. I tried loading it several
times and each time it took FOREVER to load. I used Firefox AND IE.
Sometimes is would load in about a minute. Other times I was sure it
wouldn't load at all.

Not here. The site opens instantaneously (OPERA).

Came right up here as well. The original poster should try the following
after closing all instances of Internet Explorer as well as any other
browsers in use:

Click start, type CMD and right click the start menu entry that appears and
select 'run as administrator'. Click continue at the prompt. From the
command line run:

ipconfig /flushdns

You should get a message about successfully flushing the resolver cache.
Close the command prompt, open your preferred web browser and retry the
site.
