TXTSETUP.SIF Syntax Error when upgrading to XP Pro

Hi all,

I am trying to upgrade from XP Home to XP Pro. When the
setup program is ran, after entering the product key, an
error message indicating that the TXTSETUP.SIF has a
syntax error. This stalls the whole installation and
exits. Any insight into this would be very much
appreciated. Thanks.
