XP UPGRADE INSTALLATION PROBLEM

I am trying to install XP Home Upgrade. I have Windows 98
second Edition.

I get to the coping files point and then I get a message:

Line 17328 of the inf. file \txtsetup.sif is invalid

Setup would not complete. What do I need to do?

Previous replys to tgo to "Kellys Korner did not help. I
could not find anything concerning this specific problem.
