TV 8.8 crashing w/ AIW 9800 Pro

I upgraded to MMC 8.8 and Cat 3.10 for an AIW 9800 Pro. I'm running Win XP
Pro.

The TV seems to crash after 5-10 minutes of viewing in a window. I was
switching back and forth between a window and transparent window. It had
done this 3 times now. The symtom is that it looks like the computer goes
to sleep. The monitor loses signal and I can't get it back with keyboard
or mouse.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is there anything you need to do to even get the transparent window working?

I've never seen this function ever work on an ATI TV tuner. It normally just
hides the window.
